CAST combines certified over-ear hearing protection with Sena's most functional jobsite communication features. Connect multiple CAST headsets over Sena's proprietary Mesh network at the push of a dedicated button, extending to a range of up to 1.1 km when small groups are connected, and up to 4.4km when a minimum of 6 users are linked on the same Mesh channel. CAST also features a built-in PTT button for two-way radio via cabled or wireless (Bluetooth), a button for convenient microphone muting, two volume control buttons (+ and -) and well as a button to activate ambient hearing capabilities. CAST's versatilty allows it to be worn as over-the-head headset, or mounted directly to a hard hat using the included saftey hat mounting kits (supplied in two designs).

On top of the heavy-duty design and Bluetooth communication features, the Tufftalk M provides Mesh Intercom feature, which is a self-optimizing and self-healing network, always looking for the best connection and seeking a new one when a device disconnects. Crews can split into separate groups using Multi-Channel Open Mesh, which offers nine communication channels powered by Mesh Networking technology. Each channel provides the benefits of hands-free conversation and near-unlimited connections. Available in two options, with hard hat mount or over-the-head style.

As the name would suggest, Tufftalk Lite is a lower-profile and cost-effective version of the original Tufftalk yet provides an extra degree of protection in noisy workplaces by helping to dull loud or distracting sounds as well as providing the necessary protection from permanent hearing loss.Tufftalk Lite has a 4-way Bluetooth intercom as a main feature with up to 800 meters (880yards) working distance. Available in two options, with hard hat mount or over the head style.
